As the son of a realtor, Jerel always held high aspirations of making his own unique mark in the real estate industry. Jerel credits his experience of becoming a first-time home buyer during the recent housing boom as his prime motivator to pursue assisting others with finding their own dream home. In a competitive housing market, standing out amongst other offerors is crucial, and Jerel understands the mindset and strategies needed to be successful during negotiations. Career-wise, working in the public sector as a law enforcement professional has taught Jerel the vast importance of paying close attention to detail, problem solving, transparency, and communication. Jerel is a lifelong resident of Connecticut, currently residing in Shelton along with his wife & two twin daughters.
